Purpose of this event is to share findings of the study of Citizen Budget of Dist. Buner conducted by CPDI under the EU funded project, “Democratic Local Governance for development of Pakistan”. Moreover, during this media briefing CPDI will share findings of allocated developmental budget for Dist. Buner especially in Education, Water Supply & Sanitation and Health departments. It will help in bringing on the table people’s concerns and recommendations regarding the development priorities of the government and gives an opportunity to align the development agenda with the wishes of the people. Government officials, local elected representatives, media and public are expected to take part in the press conference.
