Event Description

Centre for Peace and Development Initiatives (CPDI) and Safar Welfare Organization are organizing a one-day capacity-building workshop of Local Authorities (LAs) under European Union funded project titled “Democratic local Governance for Development in Pakistan”. This workshop aims to disseminate adequate knowledge on Good Governance and Participatory Development.

Participants will also be facilitated with negotiation skills with Provincial authorities and Right to Information. Moreover, it will enhance capacity of LAs for dealing with the local issues in their respective constituencies to improve local governance and participatory development.
