CPDI and Oasis Development Foundation Sibi are jointly organizing a press conference at Press Club Sibi on 9th April 2021, under DLG project funded by EU/FNF Pakistan to request the Provincial Government for new local Government polls as soon as possible The term of Balochistan’s local government bodies had finished on Jan 27th 2019 and under the laws the elections were invented to be held by the end of May 2019. But the Balochistan government desired the polls to be postponed for unidentified time under the grounds of amending the local government law.
